Circuit function:
1. Detect logic signal input
When there is no logic signal input, LED2 emits yellow light, and when there is a logic level signal, LED2 does not emit light.
2. Determine the type of logic signal
If it is the high logic level of the input, LED1 lights red, if it is the low logic level, LED3 lights green.
